The '''Black Tooth Grin clan''' is an orcish clan that was formed as an offshoot of the [[Blackrock clan]], having splintered off before the Horde's passing into Azeroth. After their father was deposed from his position as Warchief by [[Orgrim Doomhammer]], [[Rend Blackhand|Rend]] and [[Maim Blackhand|Maim]] sought to establish their own power base within the [[Orcish Horde|Horde]]. The identity of the Black Tooth Grin appears to have since become synonymous with that of the Blackrock clan and the Dark Horde, as none of their clan have been sighted since Rend and Maim's takeover of the Blackrock clan.
