Sorrowguard Keep is an Alliance outpost located overlooking the Swamp of Sorrows. A former outpost of the Kingdom of Azeroth during the First War, it held against the orcs for two weeks before finally falling. In the following years, it was left abandoned and fell in disrepair.

In recent days, a detachment of Stormwind forces led by Watch Paladin Janathos have traveled to the abandoned keep to restore it. The Sorrowguard were relying on a supply line from the eastern shoreline of the swamp, but it has been cut off from support from Stormwind after the sinking of the Crownguard and the insanity of Fallow Sanctuary.
