Transmogrification

Transmogrification is a custom Turtle-Wow feature that allows players to alter the appearance of their weapons and armor for a fee.
It is an optional end-game system that players can choose to partake in for purely cosmetic purposes.
Basic Concept
Transmogrification is accessible through dedicated NPCs and has two main parts:
- Quest NPCs, who reward you with Fashion Coins for gathering materials, and;
- Transmogrification NPCs, who let you access the Transmogrification UI.
Fashion Coins (which are soulbound) are used to apply transmogrifications, each slot costing one Coin. You can acquire Fashion coins in two ways: by completing repeatable quests that involve gathering materials, or by purchasing them as a Donation Reward. The quests bump up in difficulty based on your level bracket (e.g. 20-29).
UI

Transmogrification is accessed via a Fashionista NPC, located in your faction's capital city. The UI consists of two sections - your character's visible outfit on the left, and the gallery of equipment models to the right.
- Outfit drop-down menu, to save the current outfit for later
- Reset button
- Player's character equipment
- Coin balance
- Apply button. Be wary - applying will irreversably spend Fashion Coins

Gallery
Upon picking an item to transmogrify, the menu to the right will change to show which models you have collected.
- Collected models
- Model tracker, which shows your total count for models in that slot
Applying Transmogrification
- Choose the equipment you want to transmog by clicking on its slot
- Use the gallery to choose the new model you want to apply for each
- Check your Coin balance, and remember that coins cannot be refunded!
- Click "Apply"
Acquiring New Models
In order to unlock more equipment models, you must equip new items. You will then see a pop-up message that says the model was added to your collection. You can only save models of eqiupment that you can actually equip (i.e. keep class and faction restrictions in mind). The collection is also not shared across your account, instead being saved per character.
Where to Transmogrify
Alliance
- Felicia <Stormwind Fashionista> - Transmogrification NPC
- Ophelia Worthington <Fashionista Apprentice> - Quest NPC
You can find them at the Stormwind Fashion House located on the main street (Trade District), third shop to the right of the Guild Registration Office.
Horde
- Herrina <Orgrimmar Fashionista> - Transmogrification NPC
- Zora <Fashionista Apprentice> - Quest NPC
Both NPCs can be found in front of the Bank in Orgrimmar.
Quest Tiers & Requirements
All quests are repeatable for as long as player stays in their level brackets. All but one quest (marked in yellow below) reward you with one coin upon completion.
After reaching new level bracket, the NPC will automaticaly switch to the quest that represents it. Player will lose the ability to redo quest from the previous bracket as they outlevel it.

Additional Notes
- If you don't care about "the journey", or it's to much of a hassle for you, you can use a twink to mail level 10-19 resourses for the quest and farm coins that way. This will obviously require you to have a leveled character and some gold.
- Equip every piece of equipment you have before vendoring it in order to save its model.
- This is supposed to be an optional end-game system, you are not expected to get them immediately - its supposed to be a "long ride". You would need twinks in order to fulfill the requirements on your own, or a lot of gold. Either way, it's a bit tedious but pretty doable.
