• Although ostensibly accessible through Tyr's Hand, the gate between the Eastern Plaguelands and the Scarlet Enclave remains closed. The tunnel though the Noxious Pass is also collapsed. The zone remains accessible through either clever wall-jumping or swimming along the eastern shore from the Hinterlands.
• The generic Scarlet NPCs that populate the zone are shared with Tyr's Hand and Hearthglen. This makes the Scarlet Enclave a near-completely elite zone.
