Magistrix Ishalah is a high elf located both in Brinthilien in the Thalassian Highlands and at the Golden Dawn Institute in Alah'Thalas. While a part of the refugee caravan in Farstrider Lodge, she teleported high elf adventurers to Goldshire at the behest of Kathy Wake once they were finished with the starting experience.

After the addition of the Thalassian Highlands to the game, Magistrix Ishalah was moved from the Farstrider Lodge to the new high elf starting area. However, she was also placed in the Golden Dawn Institute in Alah'Thalas, taking the place of Tanilaeh Sunkiss who formerly teleported adventurers to Stormwind City.
